​Intro to Derby Class

For Skaters aged 18+

 

Interested in learning how to play the awesome sport of Roller Derby?

 

We often run a 'Come and Try Roller Derby' program which allows you to check out what Ballarat Roller Derby League offers, what roller derby actually is (not just what the movies say) and what an inclusive and supportive team sport is really like!

 

Not sure if you can actually Roller Skate?! Don't worry boo, we got you! we have all the gear you will need, and we will teach you the basics of roller skating as well.

 

Our come and try session will be the start of our 4 week program to get you started on your roller derby and roller skating journey.  Trained coaches will be there to assist you the whole way and we proudly support and include all genders and identities - there is a place for everyone in roller derby and at BRDL.
